How to use the Individual Student Mastery Reports

What's new with individual student reports?

The new individual student reports include exciting features to help you view and interpret student data. These reports will be your go-to place to analyze quiz results, adjust levels, and watch student videos.

Updated Features:

  • Print reports for each student to reference during IEP meetings or parent-teacher conferences

  • Organize data your way by seeing quests and your assigned lessons separately or together

  • Sort by quiz score to find the biggest gaps in student learning and identify areas for remediation

  • Sort by date to see student work in chronological order and identify patterns

  • View missed questions and review them with students for extra practice

Navigating new individual student reports

1. How to access new individual student reports:

To access these reports, select either the Activity or Progress tab on the navigation bar. Then, click on a student's name to see their individual report.

2. How to sort by activity type and print:

To sort by activity type, simply check/uncheck the box next to the "Show your assignments" and "Show quests" options. To print, select the print button in the upper right-hand corner.

3. How to sort data:

Sorting by score

Click on the title "SCORE." The arrow that appears to the right of the title signifies the order of how that data is being sorted. To change the order in which the scores are sorted click the title "SCORE" again to change the direction of the arrow.

๐Ÿ’กThe arrow pointing up sorts scores from lowest to highest. The arrow pointing down sorts scores from highest to lowest.

Sorting by date

Click on either the "ASSIGNED ON" or "COMPLETED ON" title. The arrow that appears to the right of the title signifies how the dates are being sorted. To change the order in which dates are sorted, click the title again to change the direction of the arrow.

๐Ÿ’กThe arrow pointing up sorts dates from the oldest date to the most recent date. The arrow pointing down sorts dates from the most recent date to the oldest date.

4. How to see missed quiz questions:

Select "View Quiz" to see missed quiz questions. This will bring up a Quiz Review pop-up so you can see which questions students got right or wrong.

5. How to change a student's subject level:

Click "change their reading level." Once clicked, the pop-up "Change reading levels" will appear. From there you can adjust a student's level to increase or decrease difficulty or just change the domain they are working on. Change the subject to math and follow the same steps to change their math level.
