In order to accurately match students with their test scores or merge duplicate student accounts that were created from multiple sources, we need a special csv file including the information listed out below.
Please note, if your school uses ClassLink with eSpark, we will not need this file.

The columns in the file are:
Student first name*
Student last name*
School name*
student grade level*
Valid grades = PK, K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Student testing ID*
This must be the same student ID that you submit to NWEA, Star, or aimsweb
This should match the
StudentIDcolumn in the NWEA dataThis should match the

Student Clever ID
This column is only required if your school uses Clever. For instructions on how to download Clever IDs, click here.
