In order to accurately match students with their NWEA or Star scores, we need a special csv file including the information listed out below.
You can find a template here. Please click the link to make a copy, complete the spreadsheet, download as a csv, and upload here.
The columns in the file are:
Student first name*
Student last name*
School name*
student grade level*
Valid grades = PK, K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Student testing ID*
This must be the same student ID that you submit to NWEA or Star
This should match the
StudentIDcolumn in the NWEA dataThis should match the
StudentIdentifiercolumn in the Star data
Student Clever ID
This column is only required if your school uses Clever. For instructions on how to download Clever IDs, click here.
Student Google ID
If your school uses Google, we will need either Student Google IDs or student email addresses.
