While eSpark does not directly integrate with ClassLink right now, ClassLink's OneSync tool helps classes get rostered in eSpark quickly and easily! This guide will walk you through the steps for district administrators and teachers to set up student accounts, enabling seamless rostering in eSpark.

District Administrator Steps:

Step 1: Rostering Students into ClassLink via OneSync:

  1. Utilize ClassLink's OneSync tool to roster all students into ClassLink.

  2. OneSync automatically creates login accounts in Google Directory for each student.

Step 2: Provisioning Google Classroom Rosters:

  1. Once student accounts are created in Google Directory, you can quickly provision Google Classroom rosters.

  2. Setting up the Google Classroom accounts unlocks the ability for teachers to roster with Google in eSpark.

πŸ’‘ Don't worry, students will not be required to sign in with Google if you don't want them to. Using ClassLink's OneSync tool to set up Google Classroom simply provides an easy solution for rostering in eSpark. You and the teachers will still have the option to choose whether students sign in with Google or use eSpark login cards.

Teacher Steps:

Step 1: Signing in & Rostering with Google:

  1. Roster students via Google Classroom from the Class Roster.

πŸ’‘ For more information see the eSpark & Google Guide.

  2. (Optional) Print Login Cards

Step 2: Students log into eSpark with Google or QR codes

Choose one of the three login methods below for your students to log in.
