How can I address general glitches on Chromebooks?

#1: Log out of eSpark, and close and reopen Chrome. Log back in at

#2: Clear cookies & cache.

  1. Click the 3 dots at the top right of the screen, then select “Settings.”

  2. In the Privacy and security section, click Clear browsing data

  3. Change time range to “All Time,” make sure second 2 boxes are checked.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, get in touch with our Support Team by clicking the blue Intercom button on the bottom right side of the screen. In your message, please include the student's name, the subject the glitch is occurring in, and the troubleshooting steps you've tried.
