If you received an email confirming your membership in the eSpark Content Checker Google group and you are encountering issues installing the checker (404 error when clicking the link, etc), please try the following:


  1. Confirm you are using the Chrome browser- Only Chrome browsers support Chrome Web Store extensions
  2. Navigate to the top left corner of the Chrome browser and confirm you are signed into the browser with the email address you submitted in the Frontier tech self service tool.  Only the email addresses you submitted in the tool are eligible to install and run the checker in the Chrome browser.
  3. Confirm you are signed into the Chrome Web Store (chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions) with the email address you submitted in the Frontier tech self service tool.  Only the email addresses you submitted in the tool are eligible to install and run the checker in the Chrome browser.
  4. If your Gsuite accounts are not allowed to access external groups, please reference this support article.
